The Event
Join us in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, for three nights to celebrate Bill’s 40th birthday! Enjoy your stay at a luxury cabin villa with breathtaking mountain views overlooking Smoky Mountain National Park with a private pool, hot tub, theater room, game room, and more!

We will hike through the Great Smoky Mountains, enjoying fresh air and stunning scenery. A private chef will prepare a gourmet dinner for us at the cabin one evening, and we will unwind with in-home massages, watching March Madness basketball, and relaxing in the hot tub. On the last night, we'll have private transportation take us out for a night on the town to see a Pirate Show in Pigeon Forge! It's going to be a so much fun!

Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this luxury cabin is just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge.

If you plan to fly to the destination, the McGhee Tyson Airport is one hour from the house. We will coordinate car rentals and transportation once we have a final headcount.
The Villa

This luxury cabin villa has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The cabin comes fully loaded with groceries, a pool, hot tub, fire pit, chef’s kitchen, game room, movie theater room, and more! Whether you want to unwind by the fire, take a dip in the pool, or enjoy a movie night in the private theater, this cabin has everything needed for an unforgettable getaway.

Thursday, March 27th

Arrive at the cabin and take in the stunning mountain views as you settle into your home for the weekend. Unpack, explore the villa, and get comfortable in your room. Take a moment to relax on the deck, grab a drink, or take a quick dip in the hot tub while waiting for everyone to arrive. This is the perfect time to unwind after your journey and ease into the weekend’s festivities.

Dinner at the Cabin
We will come together for a casual, home-cooked dinner as everyone arrives. Whether you want to help in the kitchen, sip a cocktail by the fire, or just enjoy the company, this meal will be a laid-back start to the celebration. The evening will be all about good food, laughter, and catching up in the comfort of our luxury cabin.

Relax and Hang Out
After dinner, the night is yours to enjoy. Take a soak in the hot tub, go for a swim in the pool, or challenge friends to a game of pool or poker. The theater room will be set up for those who want to kick back and watch some March Madness college basketball games. Whether you want to unwind or keep the energy going, this will be a night of fun and relaxation.

Wake up to a light breakfast at the cabin, featuring fresh coffee, fruit, and assorted breads, for a peaceful start to the day. Enjoy the morning out on the deck, stretch with some yoga, and prepare lunches for the afternoon hike ahead.

Pack your lunch and head out to explore scenic trails in the Great Smoky Mountains. Take in the fresh air, enjoy the stunning views, and share stories along the way.

Return to the cabin to unwind and refresh before dinner. Sip on cocktails, relax by the fire, and enjoy the company of friends in a laid-back setting.

Bill will whip up his famous pancake breakfast for everyone to enjoy. Feel free to join in, grab a plate, or sleep in and relax before the day's activities.

A professional masseuse will provide in-home massages for anyone interested. Choose from singles or couples massages and unwind in the comfort of the cabin. Please note that the cost is not included in your ticket.

Party Bus to Pigeon Forge
We will hop on a party bus and head to Pigeon Forge for an exciting evening. Enjoy drinks, music, and great company as we kick off the night.
6:30 PM
Pirate Show
Experience the Pirates Voyage dinner show, complete with sword fights, singing, and high-energy performances. Cheer for our team and enjoy the fun, interactive adventure.
Evening
Party in Pigeon Forge
After the show, we will explore the nightlife in Pigeon Forge. Expect great bars, music, and laughs before heading back to the cabin around 11 PM.
Sunday, March 30th

Breakfast 
Enjoy a quick breakfast before packing up. Take a moment to relax, clean up the cabin, and get ready for departure.

Departure
Soak in the last views, snap a few final photos, or take one last dip in the pool or hot tub before heading home. Safe travels!
The Cost
Tickets are $400 per person and include 3 nights at the cabin with your own bed and attached bathroom, food, alcohol, dinner with a private chef on Friday night, private transportation and tickets to the the Pirate Show on Saturday night. Massages at the cabin and any additional tips are not included.
